He takes the time to explain to you what is happening and what he needs to do. Most recently, he rearranged his schedule on short notice to help accommodate a pressing plumbing issue I was having! Not only that, but after another company had told me that I was going to need an expensive part, Jack found the part I needed in his truck and performed the same job for several hundred dollars less than the other company was charging.
