In my experience, Jason Wood Electrical is the best on the Cape. He responded to my requests for electrical work right away and handled them thoroughly and efficiently and with fair pricing. Jason is pleasant to work with and has excellent communication skills, and his assistant/crew are very good! In addition to electrical work, his company also installs and services heat pumps, generators, and ductless splits. He covers the Cape, the Islands, and the South Shore. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, I was scammed by an unlicensed electrician/plumber who told us we have active and dangerous knob and tube wiring in the basement and it needed to be removed immediately for $28,000. I had hired him as a plumber to install a washer and dryer, not electrical work. As he kept demanding more money he refused to show me a plumber's license or an electrician's license so I suspected something was wrong. He used scare tactics..."dangerous and fire risk." I used Angi.com and Jason responded immediately. Jason and Sean were at the house within five hours to check out the situation. Not only was there NO knob and tube wiring in the basement, the electrical work as well as plumbing work the scammer did was not done correctly.
