Great company to work with. Tina, whom I spoke with on the phone, was wonderful. David came out to do the carpet cleaning. He was prompt, professional and a pleasure to deal with. He worked to get out a tough carpet stain and returned twice to finish treatment, which was a success. I will definitely be a return customer and highly recommend K and A Restoration!

I have several great experiences with K & A carpet cleaning and restoration. They are super responsive and were able to schedule for the date that worked for me. The technician who has cleaned our 3-story building's carpets has done an excellent job on every visit. The carpet in our building is 15 years old. Everyone marvels at how clean we keep the building carpets. I recently spoke with Kurt, the owner, and challenged him to give the carpet a long-overdue deep cleaning. We had them clean our catering on our home. David got to our place on time, and finished in a little over an hour. They use the hot water extraction method, which is superior to all the other cleanings that we had. David did a great job and it was a pleasure to have them do this for us.
