K and M Contracting

K&M Contracting has completed both a total replacement of our front porch and completely redoing a leaking flat roof. Even before the work was started the communication was excellent. I knew what work was going to be completed, the cost, and when it was to be completed. Any questions I had were answered promptly, professionally, and clearly. When it came time for the work to be accomplished, the crew was beyond professional. They took time to make sure I understood what was being done and they kept me informed along the way. The work turned out excellent and it gives our house a new look while also keeping the aesthetics of a 100 year old house. We expect to use K&M again for future work. They are a company that is reliable and professional from the top to bottom.

Excellent workmanship on a complete porch rebuild (footer to roof). The team was very accommodating with respect to schedules, deadlines and requests. I would not hesitate using K and M for any of my projects!

After sending them the room dimensions, I had an estimate within a day. The price looked high to me initially, but the adage “you get what you pay for” applies here. It was a large ceiling repair, retexture and repainting job. We had an appointment within a week after I sent the deposit. Their drywall folks and painter were friendly, professional and very, very good. The entire job was done in two days, and our ceiling looks fantastic. Worth every penny! Highly recommend.
