Excellent work, professional, and just plain wonderful service.

First learned about The Appliance Doctor this month. Washing machine operated fine but jumped all over the room. The Appliance Doctor made a trip to check it out, ordered parts, returned the following week and fixed the problem. He even ran a small load through rinse/spin to test. Fast, super friendly, very reasonable prices. The repair was less than 50% what a new washer costs. I'm a very happy customer.

Have had Jim out multiple times over the years, not because of bad service, but because I was reluctant to give up on my old appliances. He has always done well by us. Jim is prompt, knowledgeable, professional and cost reasonable. He will let you know when the repair is reasonable or it's time to let go. Highly recommend.

We had them come to check our 20 year old washer. He was very friendly and courteous. He explained the issues and we were able to get it fixed right then at a reasonable price. I especially appreciated his concern with being as quiet as he could be because I had children napping. The Appliance Doctor is always our first call when we have any appliance issues.
