Don't hire this company, unless you want to get ripped off!! My husband hired them to level and install pavers on our backyard, we paid them already more than 80% of the total, and the job hasnt been completed. We've sent them numerous texts, emails messages through Facebook and they have yet replied. The job was supposed to be completed July 5th and we are still waiting. The wife Karla, keeps giving different excuses and lies, said pavers were ordered and gave delivery date and time, but delivery never came. Then ghosted for more than a week and said her husband was in the hospital so we wanted to be sympathetic and gave them more time, but for the past two weeks we haven't heard from them. Very unprofessional, 3 days job took almost a whole month and not yet done. Ignore you calls and your texts. Their calculations are wrong, they sent wrong materials and they had to finish the job with different materials. Their concrete slab is not leveled probably and collecting puddles of water. Their fire pit has gabs from all over the sides. Even when they came to fix the leveling, they made worse. And the worst of all that I have been trying to call them so many times and texting them and they don’t answer any of my calls. Every time they gave me appointments, I clear my schedule and they don’t show up. They gave me different kinds of excuses. Very unprofessional. Don’t hire them. Even their prices are not that great. They give you good price in the beginning and they keep adding more
