Who knew having a pool was going to be so much dang work! Over the winter our robotic vacuum cleaner fell and put a hole in our liner…resulting in what felt like like a tragedy. The first picture is what our pool has looked like almost all winter until today. K&B Pools & Spas came out this week and completely transformed our entire pool (from the steps to the liner). 2nd picture is from the finished product! Now to have her start filling and she’ll be ready for us when we get back from Spring Break! A huge THANK YOU to Matthew, Kayla, and the whole K&B Team. 100/10 recommend for any kind of pool work! They’ve been a life saver for us as new pool owners!

Just want to sat thank you to K&B pools and spas for responding to a situation I have going on with trying to get my pool up and running! It was over the 4th of July weekend but they were quick to respond to my questions and are still working on helping with the solution! Definitely recommend them for business!

These folks are amazing! They installed my pool in 2019 without any problems and Heather personally came out to show me how to use the equipment. They have been our extended family ever since. From testing our water samples to giving advice they have always given excellent service. Heather is top notch! Her knowledge of what pools they sell to what chemicals to use and answering all of my questions she goes above and beyond. Never a problem! The other day I went in due to a unrepairable cut in liner and before she talked about selling me a liner she reached out to the manufacturer to see if my liner was under warranty! They have my business as long as they are around!

We purchased a Hayward pool heater from K&B Pools in May of 2024. Before our purchase we asked, Kayla Lassiter, the owner, if her owner did the install and she told us yes…which we have in a text message. After we signed our contract and the heater arrived we were informed that they would place it on a concrete slab and connect the plumbing but they do not carry the license to do any electrical work or pull permits. This was deceitful on K&B…it took us until March of 2025 to find a licensed electrician familiar with pool heaters in our area to wire our heater. Once it was wired and our propane company connected the lines, we started the heater on April 4,2025. It immediately began to jump, vibrate and smoke! We called our electrician and he contacted K&Bpools immediately for us. Kayla Lass

Very friendly and helpful until they had my money. Pool accessory prices are about double the price of most pool companies. Was told I didn’t need a permit when indeed I did. Haven’t heard from them since the install 4 years ago. The company they contract the install to was very good though!
