K B Sunspaces

We recently had 2 previously screened in porches converted to vinyl glass windows and doors. We were very pleased with KB sunspaces from start to finish. Kathy is extremely knowledgeable and David and his crew did an excellent job. Kathy also took care of all of the required paperwork with our POA office. This conversion will help us use these areas for more months of the year and help us reduce the amount of time we spend cleaning. They look beautiful. What a difference! I wish we had done this sooner.

We had them to stall our enclosure about 1 and a half years ago, Since that time we've had nothing but problems from the windows, leaking, holes in the frames, improperly installed and bad workmanship . The caulking looks like a two-year-old did it. The owner of the business is a very rude and angry person. When you try to talk to her and tell her the problem she denies everything or she throws in your face that you signed off on the contract. Most people sign off on the contract in the hopes that they don't have any problems. but that does not guarantee that they won't have any problems. We told the installer at the time that we were not happy with some of the things but they insured us that they would take care of the problems. KB Sunspace built our dream porch. It’s our favorite room. A few months later we received tornado damage. The great folks at KB Sunspace offered to make temporary repairs to get us through the Holidays while we waited on insurance. This was THEIR idea. How many companies would do that? Fabulous service.
