I called the week before Thanksgiving, to set up an estimate for a new system install. The women I spoke to was very rude, to say the least. As a small business owner, I was shocked at their first person of contact having absolutely no customer service, and down right coming across like they didn't want any business. I even mentioned knowing one of the techs that works for them, hoping her attitude/tone might change. It did for about 10 seconds. Despite my better judgement, (mostly because I believe in supporting other locals, & knowing 1 of the techs), I went through with scheduling the estimate, and noone even showed up, or called to let us know. wow--I called Friday late afternoon and they were there Monday 745a..the service guy that came was very intelligent, fast and friendly..I highly recommend this company

Seems they had a rough time getting me on their schedule. Service guy comes on a Friday telling me he hopes I'm his last call of the day (1:30 pm) I had a issue with my outside unit not coming on, after checking for power at my unit and at my main electrical box the technician informs me I have a bad wire but they don't do electrical. I decide To run a new wire so I call a friend who is a electrician, he comes the next and tells me that I do have power and finds that I have a bad relay switch. We replaced the relay switch and capacitor turn unit on and it worked. K&K Technician spent 20 mins. Charged me $95 for nothing. I really feel I was one of those Friday appointments that was rushed. I would have gathered been told I'll get you on Monday and do the job right. Would not recommend this

I called K and K and they came to fix my air conditioning with an hour of my call. They are the best A /C and furnace you can call. Very fair and honest. Highly recommended.

On a frantic Sunday in 2019, when I called K & K to leave a message, Barbara answered and scheduled a service call the next morning. After several semiannual checkups, the aged system was replaced in January 2022. The team at K & K is professional, customer-service oriented and always top notch. We are blessed to be able to contact them. We consider them a valued part of our home maintenance team and friends.
