I use K.L. Lamberson for my heating oil, and recently had a plumbing emergency with a burst hot water pipe. They were here within a couple of hours and isolated the issue until they could return the following week. When they returned they had a PLAN on exactly what needed to be done to save time, money and heartache for the future. They were quick, efficient and so friendly and caring - even going out of their way to cut pieces of board to block off the vents in my basement and prevent cold air from leaking through. As a relatively new homeowner, I asked them a million questions and they had no problem answering everything - even promising to come back and help me get a sink installed and a better setup for my plumbing. Hands down the absolute BEST service!!!

Wish I could give a half star. We called for a quote, which was scheduled within several days. This was to replace a leaking laundry sink (we were scheduled for a kitchen remodel and needed a sink while the remodel was happening) and fix a leaking toilet. The two gentlemen who arrived to do an estimate were nice enough. We were told we'd get a quote and recommendations for a laundry sink, early the following week. That was over three weeks ago and crickets. Our kitchen remodel is nearly done and we've made do but it was difficult. I realize this was not a big moneymaker for this company, but we specifically called local because it was local. Very disappointed and will never call again or recommend.

Have been a customer since 2019. They are always friendly and prompt. A few times they have said they would deliver that week and the next day they are there. I was moving after buying a house and called to have 100 gallons put in the tank at the house I was leaving. A new girl took my order. The regular secretary called to make sure I only wanted 100 gallon since I always got it filled. She even checked with the driver. That is personal service and knowing your customers. Made me feel appreciated. Moved and got automatic delivery. Not thinking I now had a wood stove and had some trees cut down so used the wood stove during the winter. Driver delivered. The next day the secretary called because they only put in a few gallons. I never thought about using the wood stove and not having to use

Had a wonderful chat with their cute new secretary! Got a toilet seat while we were there.
