We had our sidewalks done in 2019. Had problems and they came back and patched it. A year later we had them come back again because it was coming off. Talked to owner and he was very rude an ignorant. He said he would do it again but he wasn't doing it for free. We just had them redone by a perfessional person and he did get a great job. Was told they did not do top coat that was the problem. Would never recommend to anyone. Very poor work and ignorant customer service.

Did sidewalk in 2019, job looked great. Year later product was showing wear. They came back and done some patch work, which made it worse after a couple of months. Owner came and looked at it saying it was alright, except in a couple of areas and would fix them. No one ever showed up. So this year we had it redone by a another company. Looks much better than mul workmanship.

Bought propane good price and good service.

We purchased a mini-split from MULS. Found out 3 years later-after multiple issues-the unit was installed incorrectly and the warranty had been voided (this information came from the Fujitsu rep). They replaced several parts on a Thursday and Friday the unit stopped working again. When we called, the man we spoke with was very unprofessional, dropping the "F" bomb a few times during his conversation with my husband and said we would be charged for another service call if they came even thought it only worked for a day after they handed us a $250 invoice. Would not recommend this company for mini splits. I have no idea how their concrete work is.

Great job and great prices. Muls will always be my number one call . Very good at what they do from picking the unit with the customer and making them a part of the install choices are great! Thanks
