K M Electrical

After recently buying a house in the area my heat went out before we could move in. I called KM mechanical on a Friday morning none the less and they were willing to have a technician out later that day! Moving from a big city I know this is an impossible task, as its usually 2-3 days wait. Not here, KM was excellent. Matt the technician was very professional and knowledgeable performing the heating tune up and getting the fan problem solved and fixed same day. Everyone I talked to that day was friendly, nice and very helpful. I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Have had really good top notch service from KM for many years.Serviced our old 29- year old Rheem heat pump very well.So Had a new Trane unit installed in 2017.This year in late April, 2025 had Bill C.come out to do annual A/C inspection & service. Then in early June,2025 when starting using A/C unit was running a lot But Temperature & Humidity was going up.Called KM to come (again) to check unit.Jeremy or Josh (25 years experience) checked out a/c unit & found it needed Refrigerate added, which he did. A/C worked just fine then.Approximately 3 1/2 months later we got a bill for almost $200.00 for this Trip & service. Always thought KM Electrical, Heating, & A/C was Very Professional, Fair, & Honest. Bill C. just Missed the Real problem that 1st service call; But Jeremy or Jason found & Fi

I’ve known Kent for 20 plus years. I used him when he started his business and was very happy with his services. As a general contractor, I used KM on the HVAC and electrical side with no complaints. After being in our current house for 20 years, our original KM installed Trane heat pump needed some attention. Since we have no intentions of moving, we decided to have the entire system removed and replaced (including duct work). Probably overkill, but it’s what we wanted. What a difference a 20 year newer heat pump makes! The heat is warmer and the unit is quieter. Money well spent. Unit was installed quickly and professionally. This review is long overdue, but one of your employees deserves a huge shout-out. In September 2024, Jeremy came to our home to help with several electrical projects. He replaced 2 bathroom ceiling exhaust fans, and centered a vanity light fixture. The electrical box for the light fixture was off centered by at least 12” which had been hidden behind an old Hollywood light fixture originally installed by the builders of our house in 1993. There was also a metal stud/ pipe located between where the junction box was, and where we wanted it to be. Jeremy was able to solve all of these issues, and help us upgrade our bathrooms to suit our current needs. We were so impressed by Jeremy. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly.
