We wanted them to repair our refrigerator that stopped cooling. They said they don’t repair LG appliances and to call LG. Like an auto repair company that wont work on a Ford or Chevrolet. Odd!

K P Appliance was absolutely amazing. I am very grateful for the work that Marty did to repair my refrigerator. I had recently bought a house and ran into two separate issues with the unit and they came out on 5 separate occasions to diagnose the issues and do the repairs needed. This included replacing the motherboard and a water pipe that had burst in the unit. This saved me a substantial amount and was done in a very timely manner. Called to have my dryer.Looked at because it stopped heating. Took a day or 2 for them to get over here and fix it. Which is understandable because they're extremely busy and They communicated that right away which worked out because we weren't in a major rush to get it fixed right away. Called back and set up a day and time for them to come and was extremely prompt. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything And gave a couple advice tips on some of the issues that dryers have. A couple days later, the dryer started having an issue, something new, and similar to what it was doing before made the phone call and the technician was there within 10 minutes. My wife and I purchased a washer and dryer from KP about two years ago. We were pleased with that experience so decided to purchase all our appliances for our new house from KP Appliance. I'm really glad we did. When we had an issue, they resolved it the same day and exceeded my expectations with the resolution. Frankly businesses like this are rare nowadays. Quality products and great service. I highly recommend.
