We've used K & R twice now, and both times Chris has taken care of us. We feel Chris deserves special mention for the jobs he did. Obviously he was helpful because he fixed our problems, but he was also friendly and communicative, explaining what he was doing and what was going on. He even sweeped our floor when he was done! So we say thanks, Chris, and thanks, K & R! Definitely recommend.

An emergency installation for my hot water heater just before the freezing temps, called and they did everything in their power to help me out same day. Install was quick smooth and well worth it. Reasonable priced, professional, and a 10/10 would highly recommend!

K&R was outstanding to work with. Called about a non-emergent job we needed with out outdoor tankless water heater. Surprisingly they were available soon after I called but I was at work and unavailable. Being that the unit was outside Chris offered to go by and assess the job. He called and explained what we needed and offered to do the work same day all over the phone. I came home to find an excellent job completed. Couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend.

We had an emergency last night with the pipe to water main that our warranty did not cover for our new home. Chris P. came out and got to work right away. Within two hours, Chris got the issue resolved. The best part if that although it was after hours, we did not get charged a crazy amount for the work he did. It is businesses like this that allows home owners like me to thrive rather than feel stressed about unexpected repairs like these. Thank you K & R plumbing for the help so last minute, we truly appreciate you and will be calling again if we need pluming work in the future.

Highly highly recommend K&R Plumbing...my father has had plumbing issues over the last couple months and had previous plumbers at the house that did not fix the issue and took the money and ran. My father called 3 plumbers today...2 did not return his call and his final call was K&R and Matt was at the house within the hour and had the issue COMPLETELY fixed very quickly...worth every penny and will be using their services in the future. He explained everything he was doing as he was doing it and also gave us future recommendations for services to prevent future issues. Very professional company and should be your first call if you have plumbing needs.
