Sean and Adam are so unorganized and beyond horrible with communication. They made dealing with a small house fire 100x more stressful. K&S broke my storm door being too rough, got paint stuck to the side of my bathroom sink that still won’t come off(they didn’t even work in the bathroom), the spot where the new trim meets the old looks horrible, they left the gutter guards in a pile on the ground until I asked them to come back and put them on, they left nails all over my driveway and backyard, and they broke 2 of my wine glasses each on a different day. When they came back to fix the broken storm door, they did a sloppy job and just screwed it into the door frame under the old holes leaving them exposed. Used K & S for a restoration following water damage in the basement. Project Manager Sean Pinho did a very good job communicating with us throughout this whole process. The workers were courteous and did an outstanding job with the repairs. Would definitely use them again.

Excellent repair work. The finish is just like there was never a problem. We used K & S for emergency work after bathroom flooding. The showed up with very short notice and did a fantastic job cleaning up and drying things out. Their estimate for the repair work was accepted by our insurance and we were very please with the estimate. It only took Joe and Gabe two days to complete a fantastic repair job! Outstanding work!

It is a rare experience that contractors are even moderately capable. It is with this in mind that I give these gentlemen five stars. They were prompt, courteous, and did a good job. They took my insurance company's quote and did not try and increase it on add anything at the end of the job. Only time will tell how the work holds up over time; however, they have exceeded my expectations as of now. I will use them again if I ever need them. Hopefully, it will not be for some time, though I know who to call if I do. Update: When they were doing the work they noticed an issue with the roof that could compromise the work they were doing and said they would fix it. I even have, on camera, them looking at the roof after they talked about fixing it (though no audio). Turns out they did not fix
