We are new to the area and got a fixer upper house in need of many projects. My wife found K&X on Google. We took multiple bids to remove two walls safely (one wall was load bearing) in our main living space. Kristian offered a fair price and a comprehensive approach to the project that included the walls demolition and rebuilding, electrical upgrades, plus rerouting the baseboard hot water heat. The team was efficient and kept the house clean during a quick few days of work. We had great communication, professional conduct and an excellent outcome. For future projects we would use K & X again no question.
