I highly recommend Kaback Enterprises. As a general contractor in NYC, I have worked with them for several years on both commercial and residential projects, including the installation of new HVAC systems. I have also utilized their services for maintenance on existing units and have contacted them during emergency situations on more than one occasion. The entire Kaback team consistently provides excellent service and competitive pricing. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a reliable HVAC contractor; you will not be disappointed.
Kaback provides excellent service contracts. They have many service vans throughout NYC. The routine maintenance is on point. They may not be the cheapest but definitely provide immediate emergency service when the time is needed. Definitely recommend.
They say they changed the fan belt when they didn't. They charge the congestion pricing when they actually visit multiple people the same day. They charged us for 4 hours when they stayed 15 mn at the location. Good reviews are also fake. Stay away from this company.
Kaback always provides excellent and timely service, and my installation process was a dream.
Called in to learn more about the company- guy said "I am actually in the middle of something and hung up... crazy"
