After a pretty serious water issue in my home, the team at Kace Restoration was incredibly efficient in stopping the active water and mitigating the damage. They were very respectful of the house, always using shoe covers and laying down plastic to protect other areas while they worked. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and they also worked well with my insurance company. I’m grateful to have had such a professional team during a really difficult home situation. Highly recommend.

My insurance company sent Kingsley from Kace Restoration after a pipe busted in my bathroom. I’m sure glad they picked the right professional for me! Kingsley was very professional—he called me first to introduce himself and set up a time to inspect the damage. When he arrived, I was greeted with a smile and introduction. He walked me through the inspection and noting the damages and what to expect next. He was very kind and calm, which I needed, since I was still in a state of shock. He worked with my schedule to return to mitigate the damages and always promptly answered my calls to answer my questions. He left my home clean and neat. Kace Restoration was so great to work with. Mr. Kingsley did a great job explaining everything and was efficient and thorough in evaluating and removing everything that was water damaged. He was kind and very considerate of our young children and made sure to always leave the area safe for them. On top of that, his estimate for the work was a better price than another company that we got an estimate from. He seemed genuine in his recommendations- I felt like I could trust him and that he wouldn't recommend anything that was unnecessary. The process was very easy and he took care of everything. While we hope we don't have to deal with water damage in the future, if we do, we'll definitely call Kace Restoration.
