Jeff was very responsive and timely in providing a written repair estimate/contract, and sent a crew out first thing the very next day. The work was completed to my satisfaction and I was provided “before and after” photos of the roof. I’m very satisfied and would highly recommend Monumental Exteriors, LLC.

Jeff did a great from beginning to end. He responded quickly and gave a very good estimate. There were some issues with the roof that could not be determined until work began. He offered fair options and got the work done in the time stated. I always say you can do a 1000 things correct but it is how problems are handled that really determines your opinions. A fan was installed correctly but the motor was bad. The response was quickly rectified. Jeff was involved in the whole process from estimate to replacing the fan. Most salesman sell the job and are never heard from again especially if any issues. He is different. I would highly recommend Monumental Exteriors for any jobs. Thank you

We recently contacted Jeff at Monumental Exteriors to have some gutters installed on our pavilion. Jeff responded right away and we had an estimate within 48 hours. He scheduled and completed the job within a few days. We are very happy with the results and couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. The price was fair and the work looks terrific. Jeff is friendly and communicative. He was able to provide an estimate within a few days of contact, and worked with me to find a good time to replace our gutters. His workman was able to complete the job quickly and efficiently. The old gutters were removed and taken away, and there were no signs of debris in our driveway. Everything was completely cleaned up, unlike other contractors we’ve used in the past. The true test was a bout of heavy rain this morning. The gutters and downspouts work perfectly, diverting water away from the back wall and windows of the house (unlike the old gutter system).
