I am very satisfied with the services I received from beginning to end. Mike was very professional and helpful in the store and promptly added me to the schedule. The man who came to the initial home visit was friendly and professional and explained the details of the job very well. He explained the different options to me and patiently answered my questions. The day of the job Manny and his crew were excellent from start to finish. They completed the job ahead of time and our floors look great! The prices were reasonable and the work was completed in a reasonable time. I would highly recommend Kasey's and would use them again for any future flooring needs.

Kacey's carpet was awesome to work with. Replaced our entire upstairs with new carpet and padding. It makes the whole upstairs of our home feel clean and new. They listen to what you are looking for and give you great quality options at a reasonable price. They don't try to upsell or give you a sales pitch like so many others in the business. The carpet installation and the luxury plank flooring I had installed is beautiful. The whole team was professional from the office to the installers. Definitely will use them again for the future. Wish I could rate them higher than 5 stars!
