Work performed: Kitchen remodel, wall removal plus flush beam installation, main level floor refinishing with additional design and architectural elements. Jon and Jen Kadi were both absolutely wonderful to work with. From the initial consultation, we felt very comfortable with their approach, which included all required permitting and overall ownership/stewardship of the process from start to finish. They oversaw their own employees as well as subcontractors who focused on specialized tasks. Jon and Jen also recommended specific vendors for major components, e.g., appliances, cabinets and tile. We have worked with Kadi Design on 2 different projects in our home. They did a master bath and closet renovation that went flawlessly and we were thrilled with so we later did a powder room and foyer renovation as well. Jon is a true professional in execution and Jen was a breeze to work with with on all design related items. Any questions or issues we had throughout the process were handled in a timely and professional manner. Would highly recommend and will use again.

I contacted Kadi Design Build on 12/9/21. Jon came out and submitted a proposal in a timely manner on 12/20/21, including allowances for fixtures of my choice. I confirmed with Jon in writing that if I can find better pricing than he can offer, the difference will be deducted from the cost. Alternately, if my selections exceed the allowance, I am responsible for the overage. It took Jon a week to respond to my questions. On 1/4/22 I accepted the proposal and requested the contract be sent. For the next 3 weeks I was told regularly (it will be there on Friday, next Monday, etc.) to expect the contract. Finally on 1/26/22 a contract was received with increased pricing. On allowance credits that should have amounted to $5,570, they offered under $2,000. They even increased costs wher

I was driving this morning a car behind this black truck but we both stopped at the light so I happened to catch the business name. Whomever was driving the black truck Monday morning (today)stopped for this older woman with a cane crossing the road she was walking at a very slow pace and most don't stop or would not have stopped nor seen her. It was last minute for the car behind the truck and it completely caught my attention it was just a good thing to see as crazy as it sounds even being a state law. There are just way too many pedestrians being killed. I would hire them for a future job now if needed they would be the ones I go to based on my morning today. I dont think the car between us would have stopped and there would of been a different outcome. Thank you
