This company is beyond amazing! After a horrible experience with a bigger named company (due to me being desperate for heat) Kaeble got me in within the hour and were able to diagnose and repair my system. The technicians and office staff were beyond kind and helpful. A few hundred dollars for a repair is so much better than the $14,000 the other company quoted me to replace my boiler. Shop/use small, they care about their customers! Thank you again for coming in clutch!

My dad was a customer for many years and when he passed away the folks at Kaeble have continued taking care of our oil needs at his house for over six years.. I live out of state so they would take care to make sure that we had enough oil, especially if there was weather coming. It’s hard to put into words how appreciative I have been for their care over these past many years. Highly recommend.

I would like to commend Kaeble Oil, Inc. for excellent and timely service! The technicians Steve, Mark and Mike were true professionals, both well mannered and experts in their field of work. Said technicians came to my address upon specific time agreed and immediately gone about removing my old unit and replacing it with an energy efficient one, installing also a new carbon monoxide alarm alongside the new unit. They have gone in great detail explaining essential information not only on how the new unit works but also about warranties as well as future servicing of the German made Buderus unit. I don’t think there’s enough room to say how grateful and appreciative I am of this company. Alexa is a blessing to work with, she knows her stuff inside and out and knows how to get things done. I’ve been with several oil companies over the years of being a homeowner, and not once did I ever receive any assistance the way I did with my first phone call with Kaeble Oil. I notified them that I had water leaking from my boiler by the gallon. Mark was sent out within 24hrs to the house (who is also a pleasure to work with). I'm kind of a new homeowner; I've been in my house for nearly three years this December. I was having furnace issues, as my furnace was extremely old. They did an excellent job replacing my old furnace. The work is neat and demonstrates a high level of professionalism. I would highly recommend their services.
