Kai Moving

I was introduced to KAI Moving when I purchased a king sized mattress that was delivered to my home. They set it up and removed my old mattress from the second floor. The movers were friendly and legit were happy to help. I chose to use them again recently when I purchased two power reclining sofas off fb marketplace. They offered to do the move same day, but due to my personal schedule it was better to do the next day. They even did an after hours haul to accommodate the family I bought the items from. The same amazing movers showed up, with a much bigger and impressive truck!! (Kudos to you guys for your obvious success over the years) The couches were delivered and set up / plugged in. Old couches were hauled away. Everything was clean, no scuffs or dings. Best part -- my bill

My experience with Kai Moving was amazing! Rich and his team were extremely professional and helped move my furniture with no issues. I have had issues with other companies in the past and damage done to my stuff. However, Kai moved everything with no issues and made the whole process easy. Rich is very helpful and took the stress out of moving for me. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.

Experts in the business! Unbelievable customer service (KAI offered emergency service today for a design client of mine with a delivery issue by a different shipping company—the Kai guys jumped on it quickly and resolved it immediately for us!). I have used them prior to this emergency today and am also set up to use their receiving/delivery/design services for interior designers. They ALL are top notch guys and go above and beyond what is expected. Kind, courteous, quick to respond and no task is out of the question. So thankful to have found KAI Moving and look forward to a longstanding relationship with them. Could not recommend them highly enough—they are amazing!

I'm not really big on leaving reviews but my experience with Kai Moving was the best I've had with a moving company. Flawless move from Dallas to Boston. No damages and great communication. Rich and his team are very humble and pays close attention to the details, the ultimate professionals. I have recommended them to all of my colleagues. Thanks Kai!

Loved the guys who were able to help me move out last week! The homie Rick and his staff were quick, friendly but most importantly CAREFUL about the delicate things I own. Whatever reasonable request I had for them taking care of my things was no issue at all for them. Whether it came from my couch, or my valuable lego sets inside of my glass case. It was all taken care of WITH EASE. 10/10 recommend.
