Kaiser Roofing was very thorough working through the process of meeting with the Insurance adjustor on 3 separate occasions. They detailed all the damage and quantified the total damage to our roof in a very concise way. They worked with the insurance company in a way that I couldn’t even though I have some experience in construction.. They also helped with moving our outdoor furniture and covered all our landscape to prevent damage. Additionally, they also cleaned up all old roofing materials and scrapes after they were finished. You cannot tell that we had our roof was replaced except for the look of the house. Thank you Mike Kaiser.

I first talked with Dylan on 12/7/21, I wanted to replace soffits, fascia, some siding, and new gutters. After delays, 1/3/22 was the start date. They said they’d bring all materials and start working then. On 1/3, 9:30 am, the crew did a walk-around and left. They didn’t have ANY materials but would have it the next am. Dylan promised that work would be finished by end of the week. On 1/4, only 1 person showed. I was told that more people would be there after that and everything would be done on time. I told Dylan that the “Attention To Details” listed their contract weren’t being done.
