Originally, it didn't work well. Sent a message on Friday saying I needed a service call. Didn't get a reply until Monday morning. I called Saturday and talked to William Grigsby. He came out and checked furnace out. He told me what was wrong, checked other components of furnace to get overall condition of furnace, told me the cost to fix immediately. I asked about options and cost to replace. He told me cost to get old furnace running now, what it would cost with parts and service fees and gave me costs of various options for new furnace install. I asked for his recommendations and he told me my options and what different set-ups would cost and pros and cons of each. I decided to replace old furnace with a new York furnace. Checked age of old furnace and it was 37 years old. Definitely go

Denton showed up very quickly after he was called. He was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. He fixed our problem and left us with heat. We really appreciate all of his efforts, skill and speed.

Denton was here checking the furnace for part of the maintenance agreement I had purchased from Kale. During the inspection he found that the furnace was putting out over 200ppm CO out of the exhaust piping. He cleaned the burners first but that didn’t change the output but then found that the secondary heat exchanger is bad. They are coming back this Friday to replace it and all will be repaired under the 10 year parts and labor warranty we purchased nine years ago! He did a great job finding the issue during the inspection!
