Titan Garage Doors

Titan Garage Doors is a great company. My garage door got jammed against an object, came off the track, the cable was twisted and the door was stuck open just hanging loosely. I called Titan late on a Sunday and they had the tech (Aidan) at my home early on Monday morning. Aidan was wonderful. He provided me with a description of what needed to be done, an estimate and a time frame to complete. He started immediately and finished within the quoted time frame. Aidan is knowledgeable, friendly and very polite. In addition the price was very reasonable and fair. My experience with Titan was exceptional and I would highly recommend them for any garage door work you need.

Incredibly efficient, well priced, and kind. Had a garage door issue and they responded within 2 hours of me contacting them. Had the old system completely replaced by the end of the day. Highly recommend!

I had a spring repair completed by another company. Several days later my door was not closing correctly. The installers came out a second time and could not fix. Said I needed new opener and possibly new door. I called Titan for second opinion. Glen was so polite and very knowledgeable. He solved the problem very quickly. I am so grateful to Glen. He provided exceptional service before a holiday and a snowstorm. It was like night and day when comparing the two companies. I will definitely recommend Titan and Glen.

Extremely happy with how smooth the whole process went. I made a call to tighten garage doors at 10:30 AM this morning because both of my doors had malfunctioned and would not open. Philip arrived by 1 PM and was extremely polite and professional. He immediately identified the problems and started to get to work after sharing a very fair and affordable estimate. Wow! So impressed. I was in a jam my wife’s car was stuck inside the garage. Called on a Friday and they were able to work in same day. Understand that may not always be the case but great help today. Aidan came and couldn’t have more polite and nice. Discussed how we use our door. Told him I just want less headaches. He recommended upgrading the springs for how often we use our garage door. Made my day!
