Kanda Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling

I want to preface that the individuals involved in this remodel were all very kind. I don’t want this review to appear as an attack on anybody’s character. The problems we ran into were related to a lack of organization, communication and overall professionalism. They would routinely arrive 2-3 hours late sometimes even unannounced. There were days where they would stay until 11:00 pm and were extremely loud. My landlord was absent during the entirety of this remodel and it was obvious that they took advantage of the lack of management. The project is still not fully done and we are a month past the due date. They have had to fix multiple things including the plumbing because of failure to do it correctly the first time. Karenin is the most incredible human being and general contractor. You will not only be doing right by yourself by hiring her or doing business with her, but will be doing right by the world. This woman is phenomenal.
