Dakota arrived on time and was thorough in his assessment of our heating problem. He got our heat working quickly. He had to replace a part and clean the furnace due to neglect from previous owners. He realized there was a further problem and asked when it would be convenient to come back, same day, to fix that as I had to get to work. He did return and tried to resolve an issue the best he could. He was honest about our upcoming likely need to buy a new furnace but said he was confident he could help us get by for a bit without having to do this since we just purchased and renovated our home and didn't want to have to do this now. Kane Heating and Cooling was fantastic! My furnace and A/C were very old and I got tired of throwing parts at it every time time it broke down. So I contacted Kane Heating and cooling for an estimate. The estimate was excellent so I had them replace my whole unit with a new high efficiency furnace and energy saver A/C. They were so flexible. I was able to get it installed while I was at work. You couldn't ask for a better situation. I 100% recommend them to everyone i know.
