Steam Police Cleaning

Gage was so professional and arrived right on time! The process of being able to book thru text and then have continuous updates on arrival, who is coming to my house and completion of the cleaning sent right to my phone is the absolute best. They essentially took all of the stress out of the process and made it so incredibly easy. Extremely impressed with Gage & Steam Police. We have 3 little kids and a large black lab and the carpets haven’t been cleaned in 6 years 😬. Our carpets look brand new and I could not be happier with how they turned out. I’ll absolutely be booking again and recommending them to everyone.

John arrived on time, communicated when he was on his way and did a fantastic job removing coffee stains and red cough syrup from Beige Carpets!!! Had the absolute best experience! Our carpets look incredible and John was awesome. I didn’t think it was even possible to clean our family room carpet to this extent; we’d resigned ourselves to likely needing to replace it. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. We had an evening kiddo mishap that left a pretty ugly looking stain on brand new carpet. I reached out to Steam Police the next morning and they were at our house by noon to address it. We are super happy with how much better the carpet looks and the pricing was extremely fair. John was fantastic and very transparent as he worked to address the issue. We are happy to support this local business!

I can't praise them enough!! They did an AMAZING job on my basement "playroom" carpet that has taken a beating over the years and now it looks brand new! They also did duct cleaning and we couldn't be happier! Well worth both services! Both employees were so nice and respectful! Thanks again for everything!
