Happens way too often. Please slow down so we don’t have to move cans to get in to our driveways.

Is it that hard to pick up our garbage every week? We pay monthly and our trash never gets picked up on time or sometimes not even at all several times a month. And sometimes it's the entire street. Common people. We pay for the service.... DO YOUR JOB

We get out to exercise just walking on the side walks,after a little walk the side walk end w no way to go beside that a piece of a log was on our way OMG

Never on time each week. Leave trash can for 2 days. No pick up yet. I called office. ( old) Lady that answered ( must be 70yo) was slow and not to caring about it.. Maybe needs to retire.

Kannapolis city does an impressive job at keeping our city clean! I am fortunate to live within the city limits with a Concord address. Kannapolis takes ALMOST any kind of big awkward trash.
