Kapaun & Brown Inc

In February, I called Kapaun and Brown on a Sunday day night and they returned call/came over promptly 8:30 Monday morning. Utility company had shut heat off Saturday due to improperly working. Not only did they install a new Lennox furnace, but Denny brought over two space heaters, as the nights were still cold! By Wednesday, new furnace was installed. These men were professional, friendly and furnace very reasonably priced! If you have furnace needs, I heartily recommend them!

They came out and worked on our furnace promptly but the guy was on his cell the whole time with his boss accumulating more time on our labor bill. Like he didnt know how to do his job. Then if you dont pay all of it they tack on almost 20.00 service charge every period. Even if you make payments. They have list my business from now on.

Wow, unbelievable! I am in Houston I found this company online with information on Nest thermostats so I called as I am at the end of my rope today. Judy answered and listened to my frantic rambling then politely transferred me to Brian. Brian was calm, cool and polite. He listened even when I repeated myself, he was extremely patient. He walked me through several settings and asked questions,gave great instructions too. It was determined that my thermostat had gone bad. I can’t thank him enough. I’ve spent hours on the phone with Nest no resolution,20 minutes with Brian and I know what I need with certainty. Brian did not have to spend his time helping me but did so graciously. Chris has been servicing and repairing my furnace and AC for the past couple years. Outstanding customer service! Always repaired right away. Then the thermostat needed updated and repaired so Chris had to pass that along to Denny. Denny came over a few weeks later and was not able to figure it out, he took the Manual to research. Weeks had passed. Dispatcher stated they had yet another person that would come right then. I was not home and gave him other options. And yet weeks again have passed. Still no one!!! Picked up my Manual and will not do business with such poor customer service. They need to take lessons from Chris!!

I called Kapaun & Brown with a no cool in July after just getting home from the hospital after having a baby. They came right away and fixed it. The service tech was Joe and he was very friendly and knew what he was doing! They are a 5 star company that I will always call.
