Wow..... This is a difficult one.... OK...I bought an RC11 home from these great folks back in 2006... Looking now,,, I realize this home was never titled in my name...WOW.. I contacted Todd at homes Direct and he so graciously helped me through the title process. Giving me an up to dated contract and purchase agreement made the title process so very simple. Not only do I so enjoy my home as I have for many many years, I truly enjoy the great folks at Homes Direct. Especially Mr. Todd. I honestly truly have Zero issues or complaints about Todd or Home Direct . They have served me extremely well over very many years. Buyer beware! The leaky roof only comes with a 1 year warranty, and then the water and mold damage will be the homeowner's problem.
