Kathy Tufts Beyond Design, Inc

After having engaged Kathy and Beyond Design several years ago, we wanted to discuss a number of more recent requirements with her, figure out which approaches made sense and which didn’t, and develop a roadmap of (mostly) smaller projects over the next few years. As usual, Kathy’s “consulting” visit enabled us to both identify and scope the near-term areas we will plan to do this year and consider/better evaluate some larger size projects in the future. Kathy’s knowledge, experience and creativity also led to alternative approaches in several areas that we hadn’t previously considered. Highly recommended!

I had the pleasure of working with Kathy a few months ago to begin to formulate ideas for the re-model of my master bath, guest bath and kitchen. All projects that I anticipate for the coming year. Kathy had great, innovative ideas of how to work with the limitations of the space I have and the limitations placed by my own timing. I had only been in my house for a few weeks, having moved from the West Coast, and I was lucky enough to get her name as a referral off my neighborhood Next Door app. I look forward to getting on with my projects in the coming year and to working with Kathy. She is fun, innovative and creative and just the kind of professional I like to work with.

Kathy was a wonderful partner to work with as I pondered options for updating my kitchen and creating an additional room downstairs. She provided a possible floor plan for the downstairs room with options, and she researched possible vendors for my kitchen cabinets and hardwood floor. She is creative, upbeat, and her follow-through is excellent. I highly recommend her.
