Kathy's Clean Sweep

We work regularly with Kathy’s clean sweep to r clean our VRBO rental property, weekly sometimes more. They are easy to work with, reasonably priced, and consistently go above and beyond to make sure our place is immaculate. Our renters frequently comment on how sparkling clean our home is. This is a huge deal to us and has helped us tremendously. The attention to detail and communication we receive from them has made our lives much easier. The cleaning I paid for was not properly done. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the owner refused to take responsibility. She never offered to fix it. She said she could check behind my next cleaning.👀 She then proceeded to tell me how she undercharged me (at $200) and she's never had any complaints about that cleaner before. I feel like she was unwilling to take responsibility for poor service, instead acting as if it was my problem/fault. That is not how you treat customers. Your quote is your responsibility, not your clients'. There were cleaning residues and streaks, inconsistent dusting, filthy windowsills. Kathys clean sweep was professional as well as compassionate to my families needs. We just suffered the loss of our mother and needed her house cleaned for recieving visits. They stepped up on short notice and during the Thanksgiving Holiday and did a wonderful job. I can never thank them enough.
