"We have to prioritize our commercial customers." We're residential customers and that direct quote pretty much reflects our experience with this firm. Scheduling weeks out, and often screwed up. Trouble diagnosing problems. Minimal support from the office. Shame on us for sticking with them for so long. We're moving on now and, so far, the difference with our new firm is night and day.

Kauai Mechanical repaired our air conditioner with a part we ordered & it needed to be replaced. He is always on time, works very diligently & professional. He tests everything before he leaves to ensure it’s working properly & he cleans up after himself. Excellent worker & very friendly & courteous.
