Accidents do happen. Expect that with this company! And expect them to do absolutely nothing in taking any responsibility for causing them and doing damage to your personal property! The female that works in the office is the most rudest person you might ever come across! Avoid these people and go somewhere else! They put over 200 chips in the paint of my truck while loading gravel into it. And then acted as if it were my fault for not knowing that the gravel would be dispensed as if it were being blown out from above with compressed air to have pieces go every which direction and even come to rest on the windshield wipers and the hood of my truck!! Even the owner is rude and refuses to take any responsibility or even to attempt an apology! Basically told me that I was beat and hung up on

The people that run this place is a joke. The old lady that sits in the office will turn customers away like no other. She doesn't have good customer service at all. John dockery is an idiot and put 2 tons of gravel in a 4x4 pick up. Just because no one is there to load it when you show up she will tell you that no one will do it and tell you to go elsewhere. Most disrespectful people around.

CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THE LADY ANSWERING THE PHONES IS HORRIBLE SHE TALKED DOWN TO ME EACH AND EVERY TIME I TALKED TO HER THROUGH THE ORDERING PROCESS SEEMS LIKE IT IS AN INCONVIENCE FOR HER TO DO HER JOB. DELIVERY DRIVER WAS EXCELLENT AND QUALITY OF PRODUCT WAS OK JUST SHE REALLY NEEDS CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. I WILL NOT ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN SIMPLY BECAUSE OF HER.

While the sign on the door may say they are open, it does not mean you can be served. Was told I need show up earlier in the day if I needed a scoop of gravel. The 2 individuals who were manning the facility were evidently too busy trying to go home that they had no time for a paying customer who was there 45 minutes before closing time.

Wow! This company gave excellent service. The delivery driver, Ricky, was very knowledgeable and helped my husband a lot. Highly recommend.
