I would highly recommend SouthwestMO Air because they truly care! I called on a Sunday evening around 8pm because it seemed like my A/C unit wasn't cooling the house down and wasn't kicking off. The tech had just gotten home from another call and he immediately agreed to take on my job. He showed up within a reasonable amount of time and got to work checking both the furnace and the outside A/C unit. Vince was very knowledgeable, down to earth, and friendly. He gave me peace of mind knowing that everything looked good and both units were in very good operational order. They take care of the locals. I promise you won't be disappointed. Wow. Amazing! I met them because my home insurance contracted with them. Vince worked SO hard on our unit today. It was hot outside and he was nonstop from 1pm till 8pm! I have no words to express how honest and knowledgeable they are. Heather did an amazing job communicating with me what was going on and updating me on the part shipping status. SO pleased! Had a mini split installed and they did an awesome job .Explained how to operate it and make it not such a pain to use. Very polite along with very professional.
