My Kenmore dryer sounded like a dump truck rumbling down the street. I called Kay after reading his reviews. He came the following morning as promised. Kay takes the time to understand the problem and developed a pragmatic solution. He is very deliberant and diligent in his working. Kay saw that there was a build up of lint in the dryer and vacuumed it out. Others might of just buttoned up the unit since we didnt contract for it. I feel strongly in recommending Kay. He's a good guy!

Kay the service man was very polite and knowledgeable about my faulty clothes dryer. He ordered the part needed and received it the following day. Oh my gosh! This was a fantastic experience with the owner, Kay. He came to my home on a Friday evening and was able to diagnose the problem with my 15-year old LG refrigerator. Hopefully, he will be able to get part tomorrow morning. In any case, great vibe and brilliant man.
