Wow! I am so glad that I used "Last Neanderthal" to build my swing out garage doors! Jacob created a gorgeous set of heavy doors with beautiful hardware and a keyed lock as well as a latch which allows for one door to be securely shut as the other is open. He was prompt, communicative and thorough and gave great attention to every detail. And, the price was very reasonable! I wanted to post photos but my device is not cooperating. If I can edit this later, I will add photos. Truly, I did not imagine such a fancy entry too my garage. Love it. UPDATE He came back a couple of weeks later and installed a catio on the back--literally days after I called him. Had a great experience working with Jacob. He showed up on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained everything clearly. Super professional, easy to communicate with, and went out of his way to help me out. You can tell he really cares about doing quality work, not just getting the job done. Even helped me out on the price without me asking. Real stand-up guy. Definitely recommend him and will be reaching out again for future jobs.

Jacob is great. He is prompt, courteous, and does quality work at a fair price. He is quite knowledgeable. He built a frame, installed a new door and added a pet door to it. It looks and operates as it should. I highly recommend this company.

Jacob is the best contractor I've had!! Not only was he quick to respond for an estimate, also rapid in the scheduling of the repairs. Very punctual for arrival. Repairs completed in the afternoon(I was expecting it to be a 2 day process.) I am so pleased with the work he did as the damaged areas he was repairing look so perfect, as if there never was any problem to begin with!! I highly recommend Jacob's services!!
