We booked a reservation in advance for two nights parking via Park Whiz. Paid $60, plus ~$3 for Park Whiz platform fee. Staff was friendly and worked quickly. We had no issues with our rental car upon pick up. Note that Monroe street is one-way and the entrance to the parking garage will be on the left side of the street.

If I can give them no stars or negative stars I would. I gave the ROUGE Spanish car garage employee my car key. When I return from running errands. the same employee gave me the key back.when I pressed the silver button to pop out the key.it didn’t not flip open like it normally does. Once I got home I looked at a YouTube video relating to this issue of the key not popping out when I press the silver button. Based on the YouTube video I am missing the screw or piece that’s supposed to be in a hole.Without that piece I have to pry the key open from that slot. Ladies and gents stay away from that garage. Dude was pissed trump is in office. Not my problem. Get a real job

Horrible place to park your nice car payed $45 for over night parking drove from Boston to NY to see my uncle figured my car would be much safer here vs parking in the street and came back to find these scratches on my car talked to the manager and said he couldn't see anything on the cameras and wouldn't help out in any way no refund or free parking next time for the poor service his name is Guillermo definitely won't be parking my car here either I hope everyone see this review might save you the headache

Unprofessional and shady. Good people working the garage. Can't say the same for the management. I have been a customer of this garage for the last 3 months. Called the management office to ask about a sudden rate change - was told two different rates from two different people. Ultimately decided to cancel my parking spot, which they responded to aggressively: "if you don't tell us the garage you're changing to, we're charging you more for this month". Absurd and unprofessional. Don't get caught up with these guys, not worth the hassle.

DO NOT PART YOUR CAR HERE! They damaged my car and refused to pay, I'm going through the long way,hope dont happens to you, in civil court ! and complaint to BBB and CA
