Working with KB Electric has been great! The entire staff has been incredibly friendly and responsive. Anthony, the technician that came to our home, was professional, thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to patiently explain the issues and potential solutions. We will absolutely continue to use their services.

I would highly recommend KB Electric. They were great from start to finish - Victor was great helping with the estimate, and Alicia and Karen were super helpful with scheduling, answering questions and making sure the project moved forward. Raul and his team were punctual and courteous. He kept me updated on the progress, and made sure things went smoothly with the inspector. Had KB Electric out again - a month after the above review - to add an outlet. Egan and his team were on-time, courteous and efficient. And he made sure I saw and understood their work. Would definitely still recommend.

I needed additional electrical work performed. So, I went straight back to KB Electric. As the first time working with them (a few months ago) went very well. The KB team provided excellent service once again: Alicia provided personable/top-notch correspondence, coordination, and scheduling. Kenny provided a friendly and informative Initial Walk-Thru and prompt Estimate. Egan’s knowledge and many decades of experience were clearly evident throughout the workday. He had a number of tricky legacy electrical issues while installing an exhaust fan/light in the bathroom and task lighting over the kitchen sink in my 100+ year-old house. The entire team at KB Electric is excellent. I was able to schedule an estimate quickly. Within a day, Danny was scheduled to relocate a switch for us. He was very nice, neat and professional. Pricing was very fair as well. The owners are lovely. I will absolutely use KB going forward and I highly recommend them!

I HIGHLY recommend this company!! Everything from start to finish was perfect. We called another electrician, left a message but never got a call back (which, from what I understand is normal). We found KB Electric online and decided to give them a try. The phone was answered immediately by Alicia who was so helpful, listened to what we needed done and set up an appointment for us immediately, which we were so grateful for. The electric wire going into the house was hanging very low and we realized the attachment on the house (for lack of a better explanation) was hanging off the house.
