Ally is always so extremely nice and helpful. We have been coming here for years. I have upgraded my kitchen and now my restroom. They have a vast selection of granite tops, kitchen sinks, restroom sinks, cabinets in different colors and even hardware to choose from. I have purchased from them for my rental units as well and they have held up wonderfully.

Bad customer service. Did a big kitchen remodel here, but they won’t replace a kitchen faucet that went faulty after they said they would on the phone. You lost a future repeat customer to save a few bucks.

Purchased 3 pieces of countertop and employees loaded them for us. When we were installing, we noticed they were different shades, which they shouldn't have been since i bougt all 3 pueces. Called and spoke to manager Jackson who said it was my fault and they weren't going to fix it

I drove from Thousand Oaks because I have a bid for cabinets, the design doesn't work, so i showed up to get it all straightened out. My rep was with another guest so i waited about 20 minutes for him to finish. We were working on changes, and he was showing me sink options. Then comes in these 2 guys. They butt in because it is 4:35 on a Saturday. He did not even say I am with another customer. He literally walked away in the middle of a 9000 dollar cabinet sale to talk to this guy. The only reason I went out there is because they take forever to update you on changes original bid on the 9th. I would not recommend them to anyone who wants customer service. If it was possible to give 0 stars I would.

Aron is very knowledgeable and helpful. This is not a sell and begone kind of place. There is sometime follow up to your purchase and Aron is always available to help resolve your issue. Prefab cabinets are not always prefab installations. 8 of 10 installations are what’s called semi-custom. When that special/knowledgeable advise is needed Aron can help resolve it. I have been in the business for over 15yrs. I have used several suppliers over the years. When became a KB customer I knew this was a partner. The last 10 years has been my go-to place for cabinets and quartz materials.
