KBHCCD- Parking Level P

The convenience of this parking lot is amazing. However, two nights in a row it took over 40 minutes just to leave. The handle at the exit wasn't working or there was no one available to help with traffic flow. It would be nice if there was someone to direct traffic or help with crowd control as there were so many people loitering since the traffic wasn't moving! So crazy

No problem getting in or out. Suggest better signage for the parking pay stations. We walked around looking for one, finally found it and paid, only to find out we could have just paid with a credit card going out the gate.

Pre-paid almost $25 to park here at the closest covered parking at the convention center to Ace Parking, the operator of this underground garage. When I arrived, the lot entrance was blocked even though I had “reserved parking”. Knowing they always pull bs like this, I drove around the cones and up to the attendant to explain my situation and show my receipt for the prepaid parking. Extremely rude lady kept telling me to turn around as I was trying to speak with her. When I explained that I had prepaid and paid extra for this lot she said the lot was full and I would have to park at another of their lots. I asked if the company would refund me the difference of the extra I paid to park close and of course the answer was no. After a few more minutes of haggling she rudely stated “go ahead a

Parking is a hot mess with no signs indicating what's open, what it's. Be prepared to spend 20 or 30 minutes finding an open parking lot as you drive around the convention center.

Easy in and out. We always park here for events.
