Called late in the workday with a non emergency call and Kevin returned the call 9 AM the next day. Came out and was able to remove the agitator and clean the black junk from my GE washing machine. (The dealer I bought it from, Green's Appliance, insisted a serviceman would only come and tell me cleaning the agitator was not a service anyone provides and I would have to clean the agitator myself) Well thankfully Kevin does a thorough job of it. Prompt, efficient and pleasant and most of all great service. A 5 star addition to our service contacts list.

Kevin was knowledgeable and considerate. My fridge was frozen over so we couldn’t tell which part was broken. The parts had to be ordered either way, so rather than charge me for the extra time to defrost the fridge and do the additional diagnosis, he ordered all the parts that may be needed and just returned what we didn’t use. He called me the day the parts came in so I could defrost it myself, and be ready for them to be installed. He is knows what he’s doing, and generally seems like a nice guy. My dogs stopped barking pretty quickly if that tells you anything :-)

Kevin was very patient, professional and knowledgeable. He helped us diagnose our 8 year old fridge and returned shortly after the parts arrived. We ultimately decided to replace the fridge (through no fault of Kevin's) and we weren't charged for parts he didn't use.

My ice machine wasn't working, so I called Kevin. He accommodated me the same day. Kevin was able to diagnose the issue immediately. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.

My washer recently broke down and it turned out that the "10 Year Limited Warranty" did not cover any of the parts that could have failed so I called Kevin on a Friday and he was able to come on 8/4. Because the problem was that the message "door" appeared I knew that the problem must either be in the door latch mechanism, the circuit board or both. Kevin replaced the door latch, but when he tested the machine it failed with the message "door". Kevin informed me that this washer has 2 control boards and that one was expensive ($349). He recommended replacing the machine. The machine is only 3 years old. I asked Kevin to get the boards and fix the machine. He ordered the boards that day and received them on 8/11.
