I highly recommend Joe and the folks at KBS heating and cooling. My phone call was quickly returned, and he spent ample time on the phone to answer my question. We quickly scheduled a site visit where we both agreed on a path forward and scheduled the work shortly after. It is refreshing doing business with a company that is straightforward and honest. No sales tactics and no perception of up selling.

I highly recommend KBS heating and cooling. My system was 10 years old. They sent a service tech Micheal out to see if they could repair it. There was no repairs that could be done so I had to get a new system swap out. Micheal was very informative. Did his best to be able to fix the problem but there was just nothing that could be done Dustin and his team came out and swapped out my unit for the new one. They were very professional and got the job done in. A timely manner could not be any more pleased with the services that I have received from KBS.

The employees at KBS are great. We moved our HVAC unit from one side of the house to the complete opposite side. All the ducting was ripped out of the house and replaced. It was not a small job at all. Not a job you would usually do during the winter, but it worked out well. We thought we would be without heat for one night, but Billy and Alondro went above and beyond by temporarily hooking up the return and getting heat to the crawlspace. This kept us at a toasty 63° overnight. Brandon and his team made a winter swap, not a big deal at all. I Cant say enough good things about KBS. Our neighbor used KBS and they refrenced them to us. We refrenced them to a lady from our church and we all were extremely happy with the work done. Big thumbs up and thankyou to all of you at KBS. God Bless!!!

Fantastic, prompt service from this great company. I had an issue with my HVAC unit in the Spring and got same-day service and a quick, friendly fix from Jacob. Jacob returned in the Fall for a unit tune-up, and was prompt and friendly. The staff is all very proactive and reliable, and I'm so grateful they are local here in Fairview. Their Comfort Club is a great option for regular maintenance visits and reduced pricing on parts. Highly recommended all around!

I have only good things to say about KBS Heating & Cooling Inc. The staff are warm and courteous. My tech, Dustin was knowledgeable and competent. I would recommend KBS to anyone looking for reliability great time management.
