KBV Concrete Polishing & Coatings

I spoke to the owner a few weeks ago to get an estimate. He didn't seem too interested in the project - perhaps not enough square feet. Nevertheless, he scheduled an appointment at my house. An hour before the afternoon appointment he cancelled and left a message saying he would reach out to me again to reschedule. He couldn't have called sooner to cancel, before I organized my day around the appointment? (To his credit, at least he called to cancel which is more than some contractors even do.) Two weeks later he has never called back to reschedule despite saying he would in his voice message. Finding reliable, respectful contractors is so difficult!
