I normally do not write reviews, however due to the extraordinary services which we received, I am compelled to make an exception. From the first day of contact with both Adam, Brian and their crew it has been an exceptional experience. They demonstrated the utmost kindness, professionalism and integrity. The services were extraordinaire. The product and installation turned out beautifully. I would certainly recommend Sunspace to anyone looking for a quality product and installation services. Bravo to Adam, Brian and their crew!

Spectacular! Adam and Bryan are outstanding craftsmen. We moved into a home with a covered deck and I met with Adam about installing the Sunspace product - a screen and high mil vinyl window product. The results are beautiful. Adam and his team were responsive during the entire process which included some custom framing work to make the install look amazing! I can't recommend them highly enough. We have wanted a 3 season room like this as long as we've owned a home and now it is a reality. Keep up the outstanding work gentlemen! I should also mention we considered other builders/products. The pricing from KC Built was fair, transparent and exactly as their estimate indicated.

We have had 2 projects done by KC Built - a sunporch with Sunspace windows and a deck. Both times our experience was second to none and Adam and his crew were fantastic. The attention to detail in the planning, communication, and construction were phenomenal and the overall value was excellent when considering the quality of the work. Bottom line, if it’s a project that KC Built does, I’m using them for it.

Once you meet Adam and Bryan you will stop interviewing builders. Adam and Bryan built our dream deck. Half covered, half uncovered. It’s absolutely beautiful. They always seemed to come up with a solution or design that we liked. The work they did was amazing. There is always someone using it. When the inspector came out to view the structure she said that she had never failed an inspection with them and they built the best foundations. They were very patient with us. You can tell they enjoy doing what they do. We also loved Rick Freeman, the electrician they used. He has since done some other work for us. I hope you are as lucky as we were by getting on KCBuilt’s schedule. Adam, I am still waiting on my kcbuilt t-shirt. LOL! Bryan and Rick, let’s get our golf on soon.

Adam and Brian built a pergola on our patio. We presented them with a challenge, and they worked with us on various ideas and designs. They provided us with computer models of each rendition, so we could see what we were getting. They worked hard and fast, finishing the entire job in a weekend. We are thrilled with the finished product. They were great to work with.
