Isaac practically performed a miracle on my carpet!! I had a roommate living in my primary bedroom with three dogs that did a lot of smelly damage. Isaac was able to extract the pet urine (along with many other gross stains) and not only did he make the carpet look amazing, he also made it smell 100% better. He was kind and professional and I would highly recommend his service.

The Carpet Guys was amazing with the work they do. They listened to my problems. I had many pet carpet stains. Along with all the human foot traffic stains. The front living room carpet is 20 years old. The hallway was beyond dirty and stained. They made it look new. They went right to business working on the carpets. Very professional and friendly. They addressed all my problems and took care of them. I'm looking forward for them to come back and clean other rooms. Highly recommend.

Job well done! Highly recommend! They spent 3 hours on 3 rooms and stairs and all carpet looks brand new. We have a couple dogs that like to mark and all urine stains are gone. Will refer this company 110%
