KC Chimney Service

I've hired KC Chimney for cleaning, maintenance, repair and replacement on three of my houses over the years. I've always been happy with the work Steve and his team does. They're kind and professional and great a trouble shooting.

Steve and his crew were extremely professional and performed a thorough inspection of our chimney to identify a chimney leak. We will be using them for all of our chimney services moving forward.

This company was paid a deposit for some custom work. Installation date has come and gone. They will not communicate about status, what has caused the delay, or a projected future date of completion. They do not return calls or answer the phone. We need more work done on our chimneys and hoped to continue working with the same company, but after this first impression there is no way I would ever hire them again.

Steve just left after cleaning and inspecting our chimney. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Gave me some great insight as to how our unit works along with some tips for care and use moving forward. Highly recommend you give him a call.
