Horrible. Schedules an appt time to come out to look at a water heater unit that KCK installed just 1 year ago that is not getting hot now. That you take time off work for, to then have Chuck or a tech NEVER show up. No call to let you know or to reschedule. Disappointing customer service. Horrible. Still waiting on some kind of return call from Chuck. Can you imagine a business that ghosts their clients and does not even care to call to let them know they can’t make it out to the appointment time they scheduled with you on the phone??? A business that does not respect your time is a big NO in my book. Run away from this company. Would leave 0 stars if possible. Based on other reviews this no showing to appointments is a common pattern.

We paid for a preventative maintenance service that included two annual visits to check the air handler, but not a single visit was made. We tried to schedule appointments three times, and each time they simply didn’t show up — no warning, no follow-up, no rescheduling. Communication & customer service were extremely poor. Emails went unanswered, and when we called, we were told someone would “look into it” and call us back, but no one ever did. Very disappointing experience and it seems to be a pattern based on other reviews. Don't recommend KCK to anyone.

First and foremost this is a family operation . I have witnessed their growth ! I appreciate their efficiency, hands on “ education “ regarding the appliance issue ! Love that he involves his children and teaching them the trade ! Hard workers ! Honest ! Earnest and reputable! You can expect an honest observation and Quixote when you work with !

Chuck and his team did a complete replacement of our split system. It took them less than a full day to complete and the installation was VERY clean. These guys know what they're doing. At every step of the way they were communicative, thorough and courteous. If you are in the area of Montgomery County MD, this is the company to work with. There are plenty of other outfits around that will put your hvac installation below their other internal priorities- KCK went out of their way to make us feel like our project (emergency replacement) was a priority for them.

Chuck was referred to me by a friend but I have nothing positive to say about him or the company. We made an appointment he never showed up for, never returned my calls, voicemail or text. Waited two days with no A/c in the middle of the summer just to give them the benefit of the doubt. Gotta say this is so unprofessional and I do not recommend this company to anyone. Wish I could give a 0 star.
